[OpenMap Users] Need some help concerning the Labeling

Hi,
I'm working on a project cocerning the mapping of Morocco , i'm using the
Openmap application ,and i'm using the Shp , Shx, Dbf files , which are Esri
Files .
I have a problem concerning the labeling using the DBF file , would u mind
giving me some ideas about how to use these three files to make the labeling
without having to use the Longitudes and Latitudes.
