This is only true if your maps render very fast. In my own application,
maps take way longer (2-10s) to render than the HTML page (I work with
all the streets of Colorado), so this isn't a problem. Further, it
allows me to change the page itself. (At this point you might realize
that I do not like Javascript very much...)
