Hi Bart,

You can set the cursor via the InformationDelegator. You can get the
InformationDelegator and the MapBean via the MapHandler if the PlugIn
is a BeanContextAbstractPlugIn or BeanContextMembershipListener. The
PlugInLayer will add it to the MapHandler.
