I'm wondering why the box title is null if there is data on the map.

But the rest of this makes sense if there is a null in the limit chart
selection box.

What kind of 50K charts are they? Are they standard TLM-50s?

We could be handing the null pointer a little better, or checking to
see that the null doesn't get passed into begin with.
