[OpenMap Users] Read WVS+ format

Hello people,

I want read a WVS+ data. At first, this is a format of VPF that OpenMap
can read. I need help to give a collection of all points, all edges, and all
areas to convert to another format.

I need help to understand how Openmap reads this information.
