Hi Chakiri,
You would display the symbol in a layer (or plugin). If you want to
change the position of a symbol, you simply change its coordinates (if
it's an OMGraphic), generate it with the last projection received in
the projectionChanged() (or getRectangle()) method, and call repaint().
