[OpenMap Users] data for earthImage plugin???

hi all:
i'm interested in learning about the earthImage
plugin.
is there a good image on the web to use with this
tool???
also, can a plugin be loaded at startup like an
openmap layer in the properties file???
i'd like to use a SimpleHtmlImageServer and treat the
earthImage as a layer if this is possible...
