        Yes, it does. However, it doesn't do anything very fancy.
        Viz has a library we used for the JL-ACTD, that
        pulls 2525a symbols down from a web server and renders
        them into an Image. For JTL, FGM wrote something that
        has somewhat better performance and is more flexible
        (the CGM files can be pulled off local disk or the web).
        The symbology can be parameterized by its X.X..X string
        or an array of tokens corresponding to the 2525 params.

        To render unit symbols, I just wrapped these Images
        in an OMRaster. Pretty straightforward.
