Hi Mark,
The com.bbn.openmap.layer.location.db package has a framework for
creating a LocationHandler that uses JDBC to create Locations for the
LocationLayer. You'd probably extend that DBLocationHandler so that it
creates the OMGraphics you need from the database query results.
