Bill,

You shouldn't have to do anything special with settings in order to
view CIB. What version of OpenMap are you using? I remember a bug in
the rpf code that was not setting the colortable properly, and there
ended up being a lot of blue in the images. I've been checking it the
last couple of versions, and haven't seen the problem.
