Here's the best server out there
http://demo.cubewerx.com/demo/cubeserv/cubeserv.cgi?VERSION=1.0.0&REQUEST=capabilities

They cascade most of the other good servers (i.e. their server acts as
a client to the other servers, thus making it seem that this server
has all their layers as well.). I made the request using version 1.0.0
but they can handle up to version 1.1.2. The capabilities request will
return 1000's of layers so it takes a while.

The ESRI servers are not very robust, so I would not be surprised if
there is a limit.

Also, since you are in Belgium, you might check out Ionic in Liege
(http://www.ionicsoft.com) - they also have a very nice WMS.
