custom layer problem

Hi,

I've written a layer that draws some points. The problem is that in some
case, it draws perfectly well the 11 points with their respective color but
it adds a sort of black background where there is no point. The backgroun
is a little bit tranparent so i can guess the other layers that are under
my custom layer...

Does anybody have a wonderful idea about that ?
