Drawing Tool problem

Hello all, I was playing around with the drawing tool and makiing some
customizations when I found that if I close the OMDrawingTool by the x
in the upper right corner then subsequent selections of "Create Graphic"
from OMDrawingToolLauncher do nothing. The only way I could get the
Drawing Tool back was to restart the application. I found this problem
in both version 4.4.2 and 4.5
