Hi Henry,
The NavMouseMode2 is enabled by default in the OpenMap application, and
it differs from the NavMouseMode directly as you describe. The behavior
you want is the behavior offered by the NavMouseMode, which you can
substitute into the application by modifying the openmap.properties
file. Use a text editor to search for NavMouseMode2, and replace it
with NavMouseMode. If you save the openmap.properties file in your home
directory, the OpenMap application will use it instead of the one in the
jar file.
