Re: Lambert Conformal Projection

Hi David,

I started playing around with it again, but there are couple of problems
with it. The parent Conic class doesn't properly handle OMGraphics that
wrap around the earth (the back side of the graphic gets drawn straight
across the map), and the LCC doesn't accurately calculate the meters
coordinates (there is some scale factor throwing things off).

I hope to take a closer look at this when we start working on the
projection library overhaul to handle pre-projected data and outside
projection libraries. There's no real schedule in place for this, but
it's the next big thing for us to work on, I think.
