Java 1.4 PlugIn and reading files from jars

Is anyone experiencing a problem running OpenMap as an applet and
retrieving data from a cached jar file while using the Java 1.4 plugin?
I'm hearing reports where the BinaryFile isn't getting the same jar file
as it was in the 1.3 version, and they are getting ZipExceptions.

If this configuration is running well for you, please let me know.
