Hi Erik,
The lat/lon isn't the starting point of the offset polygon, unless the
first x/y point is 0,0.
When the coordMode is set to COORDMODE_ORIGIN, the polygon x/y
coordinates are created from the x/y points as offsets from the
projected lat/lon point. When it's COORDMODE_PREVIOUS, the poly points
are calculated from the first x/y point offset from the projected
lat/lon point, and each x/y point relative to the one in front of it.
