Thanks for the help with my symbol questions. Of course, I now have
more questions..

Is there a way to use OMPoly with RENDERTYPE_OFFSET and NOT have the
lat/lon as the starting point of the polygon? The only other option
seems to be to use the previous (or lat point?) as the starting point
(COORDMODE_ORIGIN, COORDMODE_PREVIOUS).
