DBLocationLayer missing in image returned from imageserver

When i use the imageserver it doesn't return the LocationLayer. All
other map layers are redered as it should be.

I know that when i display the map with the data on the screen, it
first paints the maps, meanwhile it is requesting the data from the
database and a few seconds later the data is painted in on the
screen. (BufferedMapBean)
Is there some kind of boolean setting I should make the
imageserver wait for or what else can be the problem?

Further I must say I am very satisfied with the API. It's easy to
display data you want to display and it's not even slow.
