ScaleFilterLayer has no getGUI?

    I've noticed that ScaleFilterLayer has no getGUI(). Should there be one?
Would it be this simple?
    public Component getGUI() {
       Layer layer = getAppriopriateLayer();
       return layer.getGUI();
    }
