Hi Jeff,

If you make OpenMap use the LLXY projection, that is the EPS 4326
projection that is commonly used for WMS servers - the decimal
degree/pixel ratio is the same, and constant, in both directions. So,
you can just do arithmetic to calculate the coordinate in the middle of
the box. Calculating latitude is pretty straight-forward, but you have
to watch out for the date line when calculating longitude.
