Problem viewing shape files with SHIS in version 4.4.2

Hello,

I having a problem viewing shape files using the SimpleHttpImageServer
under version 4.4.2. It seems to work fine if I use version 4.3. I
briefly
scanned the mailing list archives and saw a similar post about the
changes
ESRI layers and version 4.4.2. Is there something I can change in SHIS
so
ESRI layers can be displayed?
