All OMGraphics can be created to be based on lat/lons or screen x/y
pixels.
The lat/lon render-type OMGraphics will change position on the screen
depending on the projection. The x/y OMGraphics will stay in the same
place regardless of projection. The rendertype of an OMGraphic depends
on the constructor you use when you build it.
