Hi Jeremy,

Looking at the RPFLayer code, it doesn't look like setPaths will
actually change what the frame provider used by the RpfCacheManager uses
for paths. I've changed the code in RpfLayer.setPaths to call:

setFrameProvider(new RpfFrameCacheHandler(pathsToRPFDirs));

instead of

frameProvider = new RpfFrameCacheHandler(pathsToRPFDirs);

That should do it.

For the code as it stands now, does it work if you change the paths,
then take the layer off the map to kill the cache (change projection),
and then put the layer back on the map?
