DTED getGUI?

Using the GUI in DTEDLayer.getGUI(), when I change the DTED level to be
displayed, I don't think
the new DTED level is ever getting propagated to the Layer for display.

I put some output into DTEDFrameCache.findFileName method. No matter
what I change the
DTEDlevel to in the GUI, the 'findFileName' is always called with the
same dted level.

Is this a bug?
