Hi Chhaya,

You can modify a Layer to draw the Axis as an OMGraphic (OMPoly,
OMLine). The OMGraphic needs to be generated with the map projection,
and then rendered in the layer's paint() method.

You can create another layer for this, or use a PlugIn - it's up to you.
