There are 6076 ft in a nautical mile (1 minute of arc), 364560 ft in
60 minutes of arc or one degree (of latitude).

That's an average number I've heard over the years.

I found the following additional data from The American Practical
Navigator (Bowditch):

    1' of equator = 6,087.264 feet
                        = 1,855.398 meters

    1' of latitude = 6,046.342 feet
      at equator = 1,842.925 meters

    1' of latitude = 6,107.828 feet
      at pole = 1,861.666 meters
