Is there a serious issue with the DMSLatLonPoint method:
getDMSLatLonPoint(LatLonPoint, DMSLatLonPoint)
Or is it just me? It seems that the "degrees" portion of the value is never
actually set after it is initialized to 0. The seconds and minutes seem to
be working properly, but the toString() method ALWAYS returns 0 for both the
latitude and longitude degree values. It does appear that the value is being
calculated, but is simply never set.
