Hello Keith,

Just adding my thoughts to some of your questions,
I wouldn't want to answer a questionnaire on the
topic, but if it makes any difference, I do want my
thumbs up to be counted ...

The differences if any would be mostly because of JDK/JVM
behaviour on diff. platforms, for instance you have a
track in the mailing list which discusses some problems
with fonts.

6 months

I can answer for myself, I didn't and have still not
learnt much of JavaBeans, but I could still use OpenMap
comfortably. Its good to familiarise on the subject,
that way at least you know what you may be trying to do...

In my opinion - great

>6. Are you satisfied with the OpemMap product?
Yes.

>8. Did you take any Education/training classes?
None

>9. How did you like the documentation provided?
Neat, in case you would still need any information
just spend some time with the mailing list.

Probably subjective - you need to explore it yourself
before deciding if it suits your needs.

Hope I have been helpful.

Pradeep.
