I can get the NW lat/lon and the SE lat/lon for all the tiles/frames defined
in the a.toc file from the RpfToEntry class. Right now the only way I know
of to get this same information for each individual tile/frame is to divide
the lon delta by the number of vertical frames, then increment from the NW
corner. And divide the lat delta by the the number of horizontal frames and
decrement from the NW corner.
Is there some other way to obtain this information from the RpfFrame that's
easier to do?
Thanks,
Chris
