What's your architecture? Do you just need the image of something
you've drawn, or are you trying to figure out how to get an image from
the map in general?

Unless you've added an OMRaster to the OMGraphicList of your layer,
there isn't one. The resulting map is not an image, but a canvas where
each layer has drawn it's graphics on it. Check out the
com.bbn.openmap.gui.SaveAsMenuItem to see how we create images from the
map in the OpenMap application.
