Re: 3d version of openmap

Hi Barb,

I'm in the process of modifying the OpenMap components to be able to
feed the Java 3D API. My approach is to have the current layers be able
to provide their graphics into a Scene Graph, and then be able to look
at them in a 3D viewer. I'm still testing out a few concepts, but I'll
keep you updated.
