Angled Ellipses

Hi All,

I have a need to draw Ellipses that have an orientation other than straight
up and down. I've looked at the OMCircle class and can happily draw ellipses
by varying the height and width but I haven't found a call that allows me to
change the angle at which they are drawn. Is this possible? Do I need to
write a new OMGraphic class to allow this?
