There may be a problem with getting the image defined in the world file,
though. The OpenMap projections are defined with the center point being
the center of the projection, and the units are always decimal
degrees. This is different from other projection definitions, where
the center of the projection is predefined depending on the projection
type, and the pixel coordinates are defined in some length units
(meters, etc).
Perhaps the system that you use to display the image can handle units of
decimal degrees, so this won't be that difficult. You could use
degrees/pixel for dimension of units of the pixels in each direction,
and maybe the coordinates of the upper left corner.
