Hi Carlos,
I have the feeling that the coordinates of the objects in the shape file
are pre-projected. Do you know if that's the case? You can check the
coordinates of the graphics by running:
java com.bbn.openmap.layer.shape.SpatialIndex -d -b <path to .ssx file>
The *.ssx file is created by the ShapeLayer if it doesn't exist, or you
can create it from the shape file using the SpatialIndex file.
If the coordinates are not decimal degrees, then OpenMap won't readily
display the data.
