Hi Martjin,
If you want to let the user change the position of the graphic, you can
use the drawing tool - look at the DemoLayer for an example of how to do
that.
If you want to change the position programmatically, simply adjust the
location parameters of the OMGraphic, call OMGraphic.generate(proj), and
then layer.repaint() on the layer that contains the graphic.
