New form of the OpenMap FAQ is available

With the release of 4.2.1, we thought we'd provide a new way to look at
the OpenMap FAQ. Instead of the static HTML pages we had before, we're
now using the FAQ Wizard that comes with the python distribution to list
our questions and answers. Aside from being easier to navigate and see
which questions have been added/updated recently, it also lets the
OpenMap developers update and revise answers to questions quickly.
