Re: BackGround Color

Hi Pradeep,

The background color can be set in the MapBean. It's the first thing
painted on a MapBean paint(), so it's more related to the Swing painting
mechanism rather than to the projectionChanged call, even though the
projectionChanged calls trigger the layers to call repaint().
