I seem to remember first returned is first drawn, but the graphics are
added to an OMGraphicList, and the OMGraphicList can be set to cycle
through its graphics (for any operation, generation or rendering) from
the front of the list or from the back. It's set to draw from the front
in the LinkLayer.
