pan solution

I think the pan solution in the openmap is not convenient. Could we implement it
like following, Let the mouse drag the map, the map moves as the movement of the
mouse. In a word, drag the map by mouse.

I am thinking about implementing this feature, could you please give me some
idea which part of the codes should be modified so that I can have a quick
start?
