We don't have tiles by default. If your layer is managing tiles, then
you have to use the projection object to find out where the tile should
be placed.

Do you have any more information about the tiles you are trying to
display? Are you creating OMRaster objects with the tile data?

It's hard to offer more advice without knowing what kind of objects you
are trying to display and how they are constructed. Also, are you sure
that the tiles that are not appearing are being drawn to the right of
the screen, instead of being ignored?
