We're going to be including some code from Raj Singh at Syncline in OpenMap 4.2; Raj, correct me if
I'm wrong, but I believe this WMS plugin layer is going to be a client, and not a server. Using
this to extend OpenMap's capability to be a WMS server can be the next step, but probably won't be
in the 4.2 release. We'll certainly welcome any contributions of code, though.
