Debug Messages

Hi!

It appears that when debugging applets you are limited to the following
debug flags:

            Debug.init(this,
                       new String[] {"debug.basic",
                                     "debug.cspec",
                                     "debug.layer",
                                     "debug.location",
                                     "debug.mapbean",
                                     "debug.plugin"
                       });
            

I grepp'd and sed'd the source tree for the first argument to
Debug.message() and Debug.debugging() and came up with the list below. A
quick emacs macro could greatly extend the debugging capabilities of OpenMap
applets. :)
