Next Release of OpenMap

Don, Et Al.,

When might we see the next release of OpenMap? We're waiting on it to
deploy our own JMaptool, a product layered over OpenMap. Specifcally we're
looking to move from OpenMap 3.6.2 to the latest, fixing a memory leak
problem, an A.TOC problem, and few other bugs.
