Hi Don,

It's what that plugin does.

*** The idea of the plug in looks great !!

The Link protocol is defined in the
com/bbn/openmap/layer/link/LinkProtocol.html document.

*** Is this supposed to be in the API javadoc? i couldnt find it there!
Also i would like to try out an example with LinkServer-Linklayer. I do
find
that there is an example to run the ShapeLinkServer(ShapeServerStarter)
but if i could have a client implementation then it would be great..
is there any client example available??
Also any rough guess on the what could be the size of the client in this
case??
(the openmap.jar is ~1Mb) .
