David Gillespie	DTED memory fixes	Provided fixes for a memory leak in the DTEDLayer and DTEDFrameCache.
Eliot Lebsack	New classes	Provided a couple of new classes: com.bbn.openmap.layer.shape.ShapeFileCrop, can create a new Shape file with shapes from a certain area of another Shape file, and com.bbn.openmap.gui.SaveAsVirtualImageMenuItem, which lets you set the size of an image to create from the current map.
Michael Los	AbstractHandlerLocation code	Provided the AbstractHandlerLocation idea, code, and prodding.
Willie Macris	RpfCacheHandler fix	Provided a update which greatly lessened the memory requirements of the RpfCacheHandler, and helped out with the garbage collection.
Colin Mummery	UTMPoint and DMSLatLonPoint	Ported the code from Chuck Gantz (chuck.gantz@globalstar.com) to create the UTMPoint class, which translates UTM coordinates to decimal degree lat/lons. Also created the DMSLatLonPoint, which represents lat/lons in degrees, minutes, and seconds.
Sébastien Prud'homme	Link layer & SHIS plugin fixes	Contributed bugfixes for the Link layer and the SHIS plug-in.
Dan Schmitt	Nexrad package	Provided the nexrad package, which displays nexrad rain data. Wrote the LabelLayer, and subclassed the DateLayer to it.  Also wrote the mapIt example, which starts up the ImageServer to create an image  dan@computer.org
Alexander Sokolov	DTED fix	Provided code fixing the DTEDFrameUtil class to correctly create the DTED frame names for all latitudes and longitudes. Provided fixes for the BufferedShapeLayer and the ShapeLayer so they properly handle records with more than one graphic. Also implemented the code to add the record number to the graphic, for association of the graphic to database files.
Paul Tomblin	Quadtree rectangle test fix	Provided a fix for the quadtree rectangle test for bounds checking.
Joe Warzecha	BufferedMapBean speed-ups	Provided changes to BufferedMapBean.java to speed up refresh and fixed a NullPointerException when it's used in a JInternalFrame.
